Malaysia’s leading employment platform, JobStreet, has partnered with two professional bodies – Resume Writer Malaysia and Break the Box – in an effort to help graduates and job-seekers enhance their resume writing and interview skills.

Under this initiative, exclusive webinars are free for all JobStreet members, especially for graduates who may be excited to join the working world, but may feel intimidated at the same time about embarking on their careers.


JobStreet country manager Simran Kaur (pic) said that this initiative serves to help graduates and job-seekers redefine their career aspirations, and to help them land ‘jobs that matter’.

“This initiative serves to equip candidates with knowledge, techniques and skills to help land them interviews,” she said. “The reality today is that, when a prospective employer holds a resume, the candidate only has one opportunity make a good impression prior to the face-to-face interview.”

“This initiative also serves to make candidates more ‘marketable’ while empowering them with the necessary skills and expertise to help build their confidence levels prior and during the interview process.”

Break the Box, meanwhile, is known to share insights for graduates and job-seekers on what to expect during the interview process, and how they can master the necessary techniques needed to impress interviewers.
