SME100 Awards Breaches Fast Moving Companies benchmark

The SME100TM Awards – Fast Moving Companies starts its nomination for the year with pre-opening inquiries well exceeding 300. The pioneer business awards, which practises a non-panel 80/20 quantitative to qualitative judging criteria, upholds its tradition of being the most prestigious business award in Malaysia.

Breaching the 1,000 Fast Moving Companies benchmark

The SME100TM is ready to breach its milestone by naming the 1,000th company known as the Fastest Moving Company of Malaysia. Every year, winners are identified through stringent credit evaluation and auditing to enable their claim to the award’s title. The steady accumulation of winners over the years has also enabled establishment of various networking and intelligence platforms, such as the SME CEO Forum and SME Solutions Expo. The accumulation of winners into the thousands will surely enable greater options in the coming years.

New categories for greater competition and recognition

The SME100TM’s stringent process has enabled the organisers to identify features of recognition previously known by few. These features include credit health and growth contribution, whose benchmarking requires a unique set of skills limited to few organisations. Hence, the award is proud to announce that we will be working closely with CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd for the SME100TM CTOS Credit Excellence Award in effort to bring greater attention towards the importance of credit health in business practises. Furthermore, Affin Bank Berhad will also be identifying enterprises with highest contribution to SMEs of Malaysia and bestow a different award categiry. Both categories align with the objective of promoting greater business health and development.

More partners, collaborations and trade missions

Every year, SME100TM explores additional privileges to be introduced to its winners through strategic partnerships. This year, such engagements has come to include the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre (MaGIC), The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM), Secretariat for the Advancement of Malaysian Entrepreneurs (SAME), National Association of Women Entrepreneurs Malaysia (NAWEM), and Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA). Additionally, CTOS Data Systems will also be the Official Credit Reporting Agency and City Plus FM the Appointed Radio Station.
